Evening Community Connections Coordinator

Location: Belle River

Become a key player at Lakeshore Residence as a part-time Community Connections Coordinator in Belle River, working evenings and weekends. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive on creating impactful connections and handling administrative duties.

You’ll report to the Community Connections Manager, providing essential support to both residents and staff. Your enthusiasm for making every moment matter will shine as you engage with the community and manage key clerical processes. Ideal candidates should possess strong relationship-building skills and a keen sense of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and distribute community communications

• Order supplies and maintain organized departments

• Support the recruitment and retention of staff

• Assist with resident accounts and billing processes

• Encourage excellent performance through various programs

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• One year of experience in a similar role

• Ability to handle office equipment and multitask

• Must have a valid Vulnerable Sector Check

• French-speaking is an asset
