Candidates must possess a community college diploma or relevant degree, alongside three years of experience in administrative roles, ideally within public education or union environments. You will assist the Superintendent by facilitating meetings, handling communications, and maintaining calendars, all while providing exceptional service to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation
• Prepare and process confidential personnel documents
• Track departmental budgets and maintain records
• Respond to inquiries and manage Freedom of Information Requests
• Take minutes at Joint Union Management meetings
Requirements:
• 3-year diploma in Secretarial or Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support
• 2 years of HR experience preferred
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in Word processing and data management software
