With 2 to 3 years of experience in property administration, you will be responsible for coordinating renovations and repairs while managing expenses and income records. A solid background in MS Office and interpersonal communication will contribute greatly to your performance. You will directly interact with clients and tenants to resolve concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enforce lease agreement terms
• Co-ordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations
• Track project progress and budget
• Maintain detailed financial records
• Prepare reports on income and expenses
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of property administration experience
• Relevant diploma or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Yardi
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Criminal record check required
