Join Windsor Hyundai as an Experienced Service Advisor and take your automotive expertise further. This role focuses on resolving customer service issues and enhancing client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
In this key position at Windsor Hyundai, you will utilize your automotive experience to assist clients effectively. You’ll be responsible for understanding customers' vehicle issues, developing repair estimates, and maintaining excellent customer relations.
This role offers the possibility of advancing into management while working alongside a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify required vehicle services through detailed customer interactions
• Verify warranty coverage and explain provisions to clients
• Create and present accurate repair cost estimates
• Draft complete repair orders and enter them in the system
• Maintain strong relationships with customers while addressing their concerns
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in customer service or automotive roles
• Strong background and performance in the automotive sector
• Valid G Driver's License is a must
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
