Define ADAS performance targets and validate vehicle systems with V2
Soft in a hybrid automotive engineering role requiring office work two to three days weekly.
As an experienced ADAS Performance Specialist, you will support current and future vehicle programs. The work combines ADAS feature development, vehicle testing, competitive benchmarking, and technical requirements management. You will evaluate vehicle performance, identify improvement opportunities, and help ensure features meet established targets and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Define ADAS performance targets using benchmarking, expectations, and industry standards
Conduct competitor vehicle assessments and benchmark ADAS systems
Manage technical performance requirements for ADAS features
Develop validation plans with test engineering teams
Analyze objective test data and identify performance gaps
Requirements:
Experience in automotive engineering, ADAS development, testing, or validation
Knowledge of ADAS features and performance requirements
Experience with vehicle-level testing or competitive benchmarking
Understanding of requirements management and target setting
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Apply ADAS development, vehicle testing, benchmarking, and data analysis expertise to vehicle performance programs at V2
Soft.
