Lead cybersecurity and NERC Compliance engagements across Canada through client management, solution implementation, and project delivery. Travel may reach 25%.
Guidehouse seeks an Associate Director within Management Consulting to integrate sales, stakeholder engagement, and customer success. You will lead project work streams, connect consulting solutions to client problems, and communicate with executives. The position emphasizes NERC Reliability Standards, regulatory frameworks, internal controls, and compliance process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage clients, work streams, project results, and engagement success
- Conduct NERC audits and improve cybersecurity compliance processes
- Analyze internal controls and implement process improvements
- Facilitate business development meetings throughout Canada
- Communicate solutions through meetings, reports, and presentations
- Canadian Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen status
- Bachelor's degree plus nine years post-graduation experience
- Experience with electric utilities and NERC Reliability Standards
- Strong project management, communication, and critical analysis skills
- Ability to travel within Canada and/or the United States
