• Support work planning, risk tracking, coordination, and deliverable management
• Analyze processes, pain points, demand, capacity, and improvement opportunities
• Develop roadmaps, charters, milestones, dependencies, and success measures
• Track benefits indicators and prepare regular progress updates
• Prepare briefing notes, decision documents, and presentations for leaders

• Undergraduate degree in business, health administration, engineering, public policy, or related discipline
• Three to five years in transformation, improvement, delivery, consulting, or related work
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, synthesis, and data skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 tools
