Environmental Project Coordinator

Coordinate complex environmental projects for Beacon Environmental Limited in a full-time, permanent hybrid position supporting multidisciplinary teams. Bring strong communication and timeline management skills.

This Project Coordinator role supports project managers and technical teams across energy-sector work. You will coordinate federal Impact Assessments, provincial Environmental Assessments, and other projects. The position suits a detail-oriented professional managing critical information, sensitive data, deadlines, logistics, and dynamic portfolios.

• Support project managers and multidisciplinary technical teams
• Coordinate project elements, timelines, deadlines, and logistics
• Manage critical information and sensitive data
• Support federal and provincial environmental regulatory processes
• Coordinate client engagement with Indigenous Communities and stakeholders

• Minimum five years’ consulting experience coordinating complex projects
• Experience supporting federal Impact Assessments
• Experience with provincial and federal regulatory processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Class G Driver’s Licence and personal vehicle
