This senior, hands-on consultant translates business priorities into scalable enablement for complex B2B technology selling. You will support partner sellers through onboarding, accreditation, value messaging, discovery, qualification, competitive positioning, and co-selling. The role sits within Revenue Enablement and collaborates with partner, sales, marketing, product, operations, events, and subject-matter stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Create role-based onboarding, readiness, accreditation, and continuous learning
- Design enablement for value messaging and opportunity progression
- Lead workshops, practice, and reinforcement for partner programs
- Improve partner-facing content quality, accessibility, and governance
- Coordinate contributors and improve programs using feedback and data
- Eight-plus years in partner, channel, sales, or revenue enablement
- Senior ownership experience within a B2B technology setting
- Success scaling partner seller readiness or accreditation programs
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
- Experience supporting indirect, alliance, reseller, or co-selling motions
