Health, Safety Environmental; HS&E Coordinator

Position: Health, Safety, & Environmental (HS&E) Coordinator ON
Location:

On-site role 5 days a week in Windsor, ON.
Responsibilities   Conduct safety orientation, job site inspections, and accident/injury reports.
Organize and conduct training programs including WHMIS, Fall Protection, Personal Protection Equipment, and CPR/First Aid.
Monitor employees and subcontractors on-site to ensure compliance with safety procedures and accelerate issues to resolution.
Proactively identify and prevent hazardous situations and take necessary measures to correct them; delegate and influence others to follow safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications   Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in managing health and safety within construction.
Working towards, or already a certified member under the Occupational Health & Safety Act/Regulations with experience on a large‑scale construction site and National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) certificate. A college degree or certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field is a benefit.

Experience with the COR process certification is an advantage.
Willing to travel and possessing a valid driver’s license.
Salary:  $60,000 to $80,000 per year.
