Position: Health, Safety, & Environmental (HS&E) Coordinator ON
Health, Safety, & Environmental (HS&E) Coordinator - Buildings Division
This on‑site role in Windsor, ON requires the candidate to work 5 days a week. The HS&E Coordinator will support safety compliance on construction sites, including orientation, inspections, reporting, and training.

Responsibilities

Conduct safety orientation, site inspections and prepare accident/injury reports.

Organize and deliver training programs such as WHMIS, Fall Protection, PPE, CPR/First Aid.

Monitor employees and subcontractors on‑site to ensure compliance with safety procedures and address issues promptly.

Proactively identify hazardous situations, recommend corrective actions and influence stakeholders to follow safety rules.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience managing health and safety in construction.

Certification under the Occupational Health & Safety Act/Regulations and/or National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) credential. A college degree or certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field is desirable.

Experience with COR process certification is an advantage.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Salary: $60,000–$80,000 per year.
