Senior Construction Estimator

Our client a leading and well‑established construction firm recognized for delivering high‑quality industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects. With a strong reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and long‑standing partnerships across the construction industry, they are currently seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to join their growing and dynamic team.

• Lead full tender lifecycle including quantity take offs, pricing, review, and submission
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and addenda to produce detailed cost estimates
• Solicit, evaluate, and manage subcontractor and supplier pricing to ensure full trade coverage
• Prepare and issue subcontractor bid packages and tender documentation
• Coordinate with consultants, owners, and internal project teams to resolve scope and technical issues
• Manage prequalification submissions and bid compliance requirements
• Maintain estimating accuracy aligned with company cost structure and margin objectives
• Support buyouts, change orders, and cost reviews during construction
• Prepare cash flow projections and cost summaries as required
• Identify and pursue bid opportunities and maintain subcontractor call lists
• Conduct site visits and attend pre‑bid meetings when required

Mandatory

• Minimum 8 years of estimating experience with a General Contractor
• Proven experience tendering ICI and municipal projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and risk
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to read and interpret full construction drawing sets

Preferred

• Quantity Surveying or Construction Estimating designation
• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
