Key Responsibilities:

• Own the commercial approach for the growth portfolio

• Provide independent cost and risk advice on developments

• Lead feasibility estimating and commercial negotiations

• Oversee valuations, claims, and final account processes

• Produce commercial reports for senior leaders

Requirements:

• Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) or equivalent

• Extensive experience in cost and commercial management

• Strong knowledge of procurement and contract management

• Confidence in engaging senior stakeholders

• Experience in regulated sectors preferred
