Webber, a Ferrovial company, seeks a Winter Dispatcher to plan, organize, and control winter maintenance activities. Reporting to the Patrol Supervisor, you will prepare highway road condition reports, direct equipment, maintain records, and communicate job status. The role also provides supervision when required.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor weather and highway road conditions
- Dispatch snowplows, salt spreaders, and maintenance equipment
- Prepare and verify winter operations records
- Communicate assignments and job status with supervisors
- Allocate equipment and personnel to affected areas
- High School Diploma or GED
- Related foreman or crew supervision experience
- Basic supervision experience in road construction
- Proficient computer skills for timely data submissions
- Valid DZ license preferred with good driving record
