In this key front-desk position, you will engage with members as they enter the club, provide assistance with fitness inquiries, and manage phone calls efficiently. Your excellence in customer service and thorough understanding of memberships and amenities will help enhance member experiences. A positive attitude is essential as you work collaboratively to support your team and club objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members warmly upon arrival

• Handle potential member inquiries and tours

• Answer incoming calls and take messages promptly

• Provide guidance on club amenities and memberships

• Ensure club cleanliness and safety standards

Requirements:

• Current CPR-A & AED Certification

• Must gain Smart Tan certification within 3 months

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Customer service experience preferred

• Knowledge of fitness services and equipment
