As a Service Advisor, you will be integral to enriching customer experience.
Your role involves engaging with customers both in person and on the phone, setting appointments, and managing calls seamlessly. Accuracy is key, especially during the vehicle walk-around and while processing warranty information; an effective meeting will make a lasting impression and contribute to customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers on phone or in-person
• Schedule appointments and handle inquiries
• Conduct detailed vehicle walk-arounds
• Review vehicle assessment and obtain approval
• Verify warranty and recall documentation
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• Relevant education, training, or experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail during assessments
• Ability to manage customer information securely
