The LCBO is hiring summer Customer Service Representatives available from May 4, 2026, to September 7, 2026. This role involves providing top-notch customer service, operating cash registers, and educating customers about various products. Your responsibilities include ensuring the store is well-organized and safe while participating in community support initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the cash register efficiently during customer transactions

• Promote donations for our Spirit of Sustainability campaign

• Conduct customer and location surveys for feedback

• Replenish shelves and maintain product displays

• Handle product cases weighing up to 40 lbs

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years required

• Legally allowed to work in Canada

• Strong interpersonal skills with customers

• Bilingual ability (English and French) is advantageous

• Must pass a Criminal Background Check
