This position plays a critical role in the Member Experience team, handling member queries and maintaining high standards of service across all areas of the club, including retail operations. With an emphasis on proactive engagement and event assistance, you’ll ensure all members feel valued and attended to during their visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve member concerns proactively

• Provide outstanding service in retail areas

• Perform cleaning duties to keep the club safe

• Stay knowledgeable about club programs and services

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

• At least 1 year of related customer service experience

• Certification in CPR and First Aid required

• Flexible availability for evening shifts

• Commitment to continuous training and improvement
