Become a Customer Service Representative at LCBO’s Tecumseh location, earning $20.82/hour. Engage with customers in wine and spirits retail for the summer season.

We seek Summer Customer Service Representatives for an on-site role from May to September 2026  a representative, you will assist customers with their purchases while ensuring a clean and organized environment. Get involved in charitable initiatives and engage with customers through surveys to enhance their experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the cash register courteously for customer transactions

• Gather donations for charity programs during service

• Conduct customer experience surveys efficiently

• Organize products on shelves and maintain store safety

• Handle lifting cases weighing up to 40 lbs

Requirements:

• Must have valid work authorization in Canada

• Age requirement:
At least 18 years old

• Comfortable working collaboratively with others

• French and English bilingualism is an asset

• Complete a Criminal Background Check prior to starting
