Overnight Customer Service Representative

In this Motivator role, you will be the first point of contact for members and potential members at our Tecumseh Mall location. Your primary responsibilities involve greeting guests, managing check-ins, and providing assistance with fitness-related inquiries. A strong focus on customer service and member satisfaction will drive your success in this part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in Members as they arrive

• Handle incoming calls and address member inquiries

• Assist Members with Fit Fix and Cardio machines

• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for new Members

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the Club

Requirements:

• CPR-A & AED Certification required

• Smart Tan certification within 3 months

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Previous experience in customer service or sales

• Basic computer proficiency
