• Address customer complaints and inquiries promptly

• Arrange billing, refunds, and service credits

• Maintain detailed records and statistics

• Perform general office duties and receive payments

• Log complaints and track resolutions

Requirements:

• College/CEGEP education

• 3 to 5 years of call center experience

• Knowledge of MS Office and database software

• Own transportation required

• Basic security clearance needed
