• Source products outside usual vendor base
• Offer cost savings and substitutions as needed
• Follow up on back orders and customer inquiries
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety protocols
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service
• Strong work ethic and commitment to service
• Knowledge of industrial and safety products preferred
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in computer skills and WHMIS knowledge
