The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent service to our membership.

Position Type: Vacant Position

Salary Range: $41,000 - $50,000

• Respond to external member inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
• Provide quality service to WFCU Credit Union members.
• Process basic over-the-counter financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, US transactions, money orders and more.
• Complete miscellaneous administrative duties.

• Completed post-secondary education.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills while working in a fast-paced environment.
• Two to four years of cash handling experience.

• Prior experience within the financial services industry.
