Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Associate will play a vital role in maintaining customer loyalty through skilled communication and problem resolution. You will handle customer orders, validate details, and keep customers informed about their orders throughout the lifecycle. Strong collaboration with internal teams is essential to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and manage customer orders accurately using SAP
• Validate purchase orders, pricing, and delivery requirements
• Communicate order status and changes to customers
• Respond to customer inquiries about orders and services
• Ensure proper handling of complaints and credits
Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• At least 2 years in customer service, manufacturing preferred
• Bilingual in French and English
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail in following procedures
