As a Travel Insurance Advisor, you will be the face of Xodus in assisting customers with their travel insurance needs. Your primary responsibilities include selling policies, addressing inquiries, and providing recommendations tailored to individual client situations. Staying updated on product offerings is crucial to maintain expert service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on customized travel insurance coverage

• Quote and sell insurance policies via contact center

• Address customer questions about travel coverage

• Support customers during pre-travel and travel disruptions

• Commit to ongoing industry training for self-improvement

Requirements:

• Preferred Accident and Sickness or RIBO License

• Bilingual skills in French or additional languages

• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written

• Strong client service focus in fast-paced settings
