YNCU seeks a dedicated individual for a part-time role in Windsor. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to process financial transactions efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly, prompt member service for financial transactions
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately
• Manage member inquiries and problems efficiently
• Make a minimum of 5 sales calls weekly
• Maintain accurate completion of tracking sheets
Requirements:
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings
• Strong communication skills with staff and members
• Comfortable using online banking and email
• Professional demeanor and dress accepted
• Team-oriented with a willingness to accept responsibilities
