In this position, you will report to the Operations Manager and engage with customers directly. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries and provide helpful solutions
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer needs are met
• Foster customer loyalty through outstanding service
• Review daily order reports to assist in service
• Take on other duties as required
Requirements:
• Focused on delivering excellent customer service
• Team player with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Competent in multitasking and staying organized
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends
