Key Responsibilities:
• Transport passengers needing wheelchair assistance
• Lift and manage luggage for passengers requesting help
• Support passengers safely navigating stairs on aircraft
• Ensure VIP and unaccompanied minors have proper escorts
• Verify passenger information to deliver accurate support
Requirements:
• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Completed Passenger Service Agent Learning Plan
• Certified in TSA General Security Awareness
• FAA Dangerous Goods Awareness certification
• OJT for Passenger Assistance Equipment completion
