Deliver exceptional holiday experiences as a Seasonal Customer Service Associate at LCBO in Tecumseh, Ontario. Support our customers with expert service from November to December.
LCBO is looking for Holiday Customer Service Representatives passionate about providing outstanding service during the festive season. You will use our POS system, engage customers, and participate in promotional campaigns while receiving paid training on products. Physical tasks include inventory handling, shelving, and maintaining a clean store environment to enhance the shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers using the POS/Cash system
• Request donations for the Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate in the Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey
• Receive inventory and replenish stock efficiently
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Availability for key holiday dates
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
