Lead inside customer service at Grainger by guiding teams, improving service excellence, and developing solutions for customers and WFS. This manager role focuses on leadership and operational performance.
The Inside Customer Service Representative Manager provides leadership and guidance for the Customer Service team. You will translate strategy, manage performance, and support customer relationships, sales growth, and profitability. The work includes change leadership, process improvement, talent development, and cross-functional partnership.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate strategic direction for Inside Customer Service Representatives
- Drive service excellence, sales growth, and customer relationships
- Manage operating systems, policies, procedures, and information flow
- Review metrics and develop improvement plans
- Coach team members and conduct performance reviews
- Post-secondary education and experience, or five years equivalent experience
- Customer service or leadership experience meeting role requirements
- Ability to implement initiatives and manage projects
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service technologies
