Lead inside customer service teams onsite at Grainger, using customer expertise and operational leadership to improve service, growth, and profitability.
The Inside Customer Service Representative Manager provides leadership and guidance for Customer Service. This manager translates strategy, drives change management, and identifies customer solutions. The position leads business decisions, operational excellence, employee development, and internal partnerships for WFS Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate strategic direction for Inside Customer Service Representatives
- Develop Customer Service Centre functional strategy
- Review performance metrics and create improvement plans
- Coach team members and conduct performance reviews
- Present business results during Quarterly Business Reviews
- Post-secondary education and experience, or five equivalent years
- Customer service and leadership experience meeting role requirements
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, S2K, CRM, and call centre technology
- Vehicle and driver's license required
