Lead inside customer service teams onsite in Windsor or Leamington, using service expertise and business leadership to improve customer outcomes. Guide decisions that support growth and profitability.
Grainger seeks an Inside Customer Service Representative Manager to lead the Customer Service team. This manager translates strategy, drives operational excellence, and develops employees. The work includes customer relationships, performance metrics, change leadership, and service improvement for WFS Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Translate strategic direction for Inside Customer Service Representatives
- Drive service, sales growth, relationships, and budget management
- Develop Customer Service Centre functional strategy
- Review performance metrics and create improvement plans
- Coach team members and conduct performance reviews
- Post-secondary education and experience, or five years equivalent experience
- Customer service and leadership experience meeting role requirements
- Change leadership, project management, and initiative implementation ability
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and customer service technologies
