Serve Grainger customers in Windsor through quoting, order processing, and product sourcing while applying strong communication and problem-solving skills.
This Inside Customer Service Representative role supports customers and WFS Account Managers with MRO products and value-added solutions. You will provide substitutions, cost savings, follow-up, and returns processing. The work also includes vendor coordination, billing instructions, reports, and quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Quote customers and process requested orders
- Source products outside the usual vendor base
- Provide substitutions and requested cost savings
- Follow up on back orders, quotes, and complaints
- Process customer and purchase order returns
- One to two years of customer service experience
- Exceptional customer service and strong work ethic
- Industrial or safety product knowledge preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Dangerous goods and WHMIS knowledge required
