Guide Home Depot customers toward project solutions while managing special orders, installations, and website orders with accuracy. This role supports customers through every order stage.

Service Desk Associates manage Customer Order Management orders from beginning to end. You will coordinate with customers, the Project Support Centre, Kitchen Designers, associates, vendors, installers, and third party agents. The work focuses on timely service, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction across special order, install, and website orders.

• Follow Customer Order Management orders through completion
• Ensure requested products and services arrive accurately and promptly
• Act as liaison among customers, associates, vendors, and installers
• Resolve issues and assess customer needs professionally
• Coordinate order activities with delivery and service providers

• Ability to guide customers toward suitable project solutions
