Entry-Level Customer Success Representative

The Customer Success team serves as a trusted partner and advocate for Smarsh customers. You will build relationships, promote solution adoption, manage renewals, address inbound questions, and identify ways to reinforce product value. The work includes Salesforce tracking, billing adjustments, and escalated client needs.

• Respond promptly to inbound customer calls
• Resolve service problems by clarifying complaints and explaining solutions
• Analyze contracts, invoices, and billing issues
• Track customer discussions and outcomes in Salesforce
• Process account and billing adjustments

• One or more years in customer success or inside sales
• Financial or similarly regulated industry experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong listening, influencing, and training abilities
• Organization, documentation, and time management skills

Support Smarsh customers through product adoption, renewal management, Salesforce documentation, and accurate account resolution.
