Help customers at U-Haul in Windsor while using smartphone-based technology, inspecting equipment, and supporting rental returns. This customer-facing position includes on-the-job education.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with U-Haul products and services at 1508 Walker Rd. You will dispatch and return equipment, answer questions, and prepare rental invoices. The work combines customer assistance with equipment inspection and lot duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers inside and outside the U-Haul center
- Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
- Clean equipment and check fluid levels
- Prepare invoices and accept returned equipment
- Answer questions about products and services
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to move equipment weighing at least 50 pounds
- Ability to work around moving parts and fumes
- Legal authorization to work without employer sponsorship
