Customer Service Representative

Serve Renfrew holiday shoppers at the LCBO using POS systems and customer service skills in an on-site, part-time position.

As a fixed-term Holiday Customer Service Representative, you will support customers from November 16 through December 31, 2026. Paid online training introduces wine, beer, cider, and spirits while building customer service skills. You will report to the Store Manager and help deliver memorable holiday shopping experiences.

• Serve customers promptly and responsibly using the POS/Cash system
• Ask for donations during the Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Survey campaigns
• Receive inventory, replenish stock, and face products on shelves
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment

• Comfort supporting customers and working effectively with teammates
• Legal authorization to work in Canada with valid documentation
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Friday evening and weekend availability
• Availability on December 25, December 26, and December 31
