Associate Dentist

Are you an enthusiastic and compassionate dentist looking to join a busy, well-established dental practice in Windsor? We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and building long-term relationships in a collaborative environment.

Location:

Windsor, Ontario

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Part-time for the first 2 months
Transitioning to full-time in the 3rd month

What We're Looking For:

Licensed Dentist in good standing with the RCDSO
Strong clinical and communication skills
Team-oriented mindset and commitment to patient care
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Act as a role model for the entire team on clinical and patient care
Bridge the clinical and administrative functions for the whole team to be cohesive and united
Partner with Practice Manager and all others in the practice to build and maintain trust and positive team relationships
Collaborate with Treatment Coordinators to create treatment plans for every patient, diagnosing and presenting options in detail
Regularly presents process improvements to the Practice and seeks opportunities to make extra contributions to the overall benefit of the Practice
Maintains composure under pressure during times of change

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $96,957.14-$ per year
