As an established architectural studio, we seek an organized candidate skilled in AutoCAD and knowledgeable about the Ontario Building Code. You will prepare detailed working drawings, including site plans and elevations, contributing to various projects while ensuring compliance with by-laws and codes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare site plans, floor plans, and elevations
• Produce detailing for residential and commercial projects
• Conduct compliance reviews for building codes
• Maintain office drafting standards in AutoCAD
Requirements:
• 5+ years of Canadian construction experience
• Bachelor of Architecture or Architectural Technology Diploma
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of construction methods
• Familiarity with Sketch Up, Photoshop, or InDesign preferred
