Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care within a community practice

• Conduct rounding on 6 intermediate care beds

• Participate in structured mentorship initiatives

• Engage with on-site laboratory and X-ray services

• Collaborate within an integrated EMR system

• Board Eligible or Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
