The candidate should have a terminal degree in an affiliated subject i.e. Ph.D. or M.D. and experience in a US based Medical Curriculum is an advantage. Evidence of proficiency in teaching and scholarly activity in the subject will be used as selection criteria.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with dean’s staff, peers and full-time and organizational skills.
• Ability to collect and manage data to track performance outcomes.
• Strong collaboration, relationship building and conflict resolution skills.
• Strategically prioritize resources necessary for program support.
