As an integral member of the school, you will oversee the ISS program's daily functions, ensuring a focused and accountable environment for students.
Your role will involve collaborating with teachers and administrators to facilitate effective learning experiences and behavioral improvements. You'll also implement programs that prepare students for re-entry into the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily activities within the ISS classroom
• Foster an accountable atmosphere for student behavior
• Communicate assignments and progress to teachers
• Implement reflection and growth strategies
• Keep statistical records of student participation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Preferred experience with secondary education
• Strong behavioral management capabilities
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse student needs
• Proficient in report writing and data analysis
Promote positive student outcomes by effectively managing the In-School Suspension program and enhancing behavioral strategies in a supportive environment.
