This full-time role requires a seasoned individual with a minimum of 10 years in mining operations, and a passion for teaching. You will develop training content adhering to Caterpillar standards and conduct practical training that includes machine inspections and safety practices. Collaborate with the Toromont team to facilitate customers' learning journeys across Eastern Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver practical machine operation training and inspections

• Develop Caterpillar training content and materials

• Travel to customer mine sites for training delivery

• Provide orientation to operators on new equipment

• Exemplify safety practices as a Trainer Ambassador

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in mining operations experience

• Previous instructional or supervisory experience

• Familiarity with various mining machinery

• High School Diploma

• Effective bilingual communication in English and French preferred
