The role is part of Student Support Services for K-12 students and requires working from July 1 to August 11, 2026. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing individual IEPs, maintaining communication with parents, and assessing student performance. You will also collaborate with other service staff and may be required to assist with personal care needs of students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individual IEPs for students
• Communicate regularly with parents about student progress
• Supervise and support assigned staff in classroom activities
• Collect and interpret data on student performance
• Team up with other related service professionals
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Current CT DOE certification in Special Education preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Commitment to a minimum of 3 weeks during summer
• Comfortable with personal care needs of students
