Program Overview

Prepare for a fulfilling career teaching children to express their emotions and ideas through artistic creation. In this five-year program, you will earn a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education, gaining 80 hours of teaching experience in local schools. Graduates are eligible to teach intermediate and senior students (Grades 7‑12).

• Develop and deliver curriculum that encourages students to express emotions and ideas artistically.
• Mentor students through creative projects and assessments.
• Collaborate with school staff to support student learning.

• English/ENG4U (min. average 60% – 70% for Fall 2026)
• Minimum average: 75%
• Mean average: 86%
• Admission is to the first year only; meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee admission.
