Program Overview
Prepare for a fulfilling career teaching children to express their emotions and ideas through artistic creation. In this five-year program, you will earn a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Education, gaining 80 hours of teaching experience in local schools. Graduates are eligible to teach intermediate and senior students (Grades 7‑12).
Program Details- Program level: 3 years (10 semesters)
- Eligible for PGWP
- Estimated living costs: C $31,149 per year
- Estimated tuition fees: C $22,896 per year
- Intakes:
Fall 2026, Spring 2027, Winter 2027, Fall 2027
- Develop and deliver curriculum that encourages students to express emotions and ideas artistically.
- Mentor students through creative projects and assessments.
- Collaborate with school staff to support student learning.
- English/ENG4U (min. average 60% – 70% for Fall 2026)
- Minimum average: 75%
- Mean average: 86%
- Admission is to the first year only; meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee admission.
