Windsor Refinery Training Coordinator

Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of refinery training and development. Your ability to apply technical expertise and engage teams will play a vital role in measuring the effectiveness of training initiatives and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will lead new hire training programs and foster a culture of mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement Continuous Colleague Development training frameworks

• Engage leadership in refining training processes and effectiveness

• Deliver quality coaching and mentoring to team members

• Audit and update training materials regularly

• Act as a backup for supervisory roles and operational support

Requirements:

• High school diploma minimum; further education beneficial

• 3+ years in manufacturing operations setting

• 1+ year in training leadership experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Results-oriented and excellent organizer
