The Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board is seeking qualified French teachers for its Occasional Teacher Roster. Help foster an inclusive environment for over 23,550 students while promoting Catholic education.
The WECDSB focuses on holistic education, working with a diverse student body across 32 elementary and several secondary schools. To be considered for the roster, candidates should prepare and submit a comprehensive application package, including a Cover Letter and current Ontario College of Teachers qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach French language to diverse students
• Promote Catholic values in the classroom
• Engage with educational staff and administration
• Maintain documentation of teaching credentials
• Contribute to student-focused educational initiatives
Requirements:
• Ontario College of Teachers Certificate in Good Standing
• Philosophy of Catholic Education
• Recent Letters of Reference (within 2 years)
• Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
• University Transcripts and Degrees
