Little Upton Nursery Management Position

Step into a vital role as Nursery Manager at Little Upton in Windsor. Oversee our caring nursery for children aged 2-11, fostering their development and love for learning.

This permanent, full-time position allows oversight of daily nursery operations and ensures quality education in collaboration with the Head of EYFS. Actively engage with children in Acorns and Oaks, using your experience to nurture their growth and manage effective communication with parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily nursery management and operations

• Coordinate educational activities in Acorns and Oaks

• Market the nursery to maintain healthy enrollment numbers

• Review and document children’s progress for parent insight

• Support new children and their families during transitions

Requirements:

• 3 years of nursery experience required

• 1 year of Line Management experience preferred

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 certification

• Proficient in lesson planning and technology use

• Strong understanding of safeguarding practices
