Designated Early Childhood Educator

Position: Designated Early Childhood Educator Role
Join the Windsor-Essex Catholic District School Board as a Temporary Designated Early Childhood Educator. This position entails on-call availability from Monday to Friday throughout the region.

Candidates should have a two-year diploma in Early Childhood Education, along with registration proof from the Ontario College of Early Childhood Educators. Recent experience in a daycare or primary classroom setting is essential. A Catholic Baptismal Certificate and a reference from a Roman Catholic priest are also required as part of the application package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs

• Engage with children in Early Learning environments

• Assist during on-call times throughout Windsor-Essex

• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism

• Maintain current safety certifications

Requirements:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent

• Current registration with the Ontario College

• Relevant experience in early childhood education

• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications

• Driver’s license mandatory
