Windsor School, which serves Kindergarten to Grade 8, is looking for an Interim Vice-Principal to enhance student learning and social development. This role demands expertise in educational leadership, curriculum knowledge, and the ability to meet diverse student needs. The term lasts until November 6, 2026, and includes collaborating with staff on strategic education initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Articulate and promote expectations for student achievement

• Lead staff in integrating anti-racist and Indigenous perspectives

• Supervise both teaching and non-teaching staff

• Participate in school management functions

• Foster a positive school profile within the community

Requirements:

• School Administrator's Certificate preferred

• Master’s degree in Education Administration ideal

• Five years of teaching experience required

• Prior commitment to inclusive education practices

• Valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate compulsory
